Co-owner meetings

It is necessary to attend the general meetings of co-owners in order to ensure the orderly functioning of the co-ownership. By exercising your right to vote, you participate in the process of collective decision making. The notice of meeting should inform you of the next assembly date and the agenda should include the subjects up for discussion such as the budget estimate (including expenses related to the maintenance of the building and common areas), the proposed renovation projects, and, when appropriate, draft amendments to the declaration of co-ownership. Quorum is required to ensure the assembly will take place. Otherwise, it will be postponed to a later date, hence the importance of your presence!
